Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

All goods remain the property of the seller, until paid in full, including all applicable fees in relation to the transaction. You are solely responsible for verifying the legitmacy of users whom you buy from or donate to. Go Follow Us requests non-profits wishing to become verified submit documents and confirm non-profit status. A verified icon will appear for organizations that have completed this process. The absence of a verified symbol, means this process is underway, has not been completed, or the organization is not a non-profit organization.
Profits(amount remaining after fees are deducted) will be transferred to sellers once all fees have been paid at the intervals specified:
• Profits from fundraisers will be tranferred to seller 3 days after the specified date of the fundraiser.
• Profits from fundraisers with a duration of longer than one month, will be transferred in monthly increments, and will exclude any transactions which occur 3 days prior to transfer date. Ticket sales for events are excluded and profits will only be transferred 3 days after the event has taken place.
• Profits from donations will be transferred monthly.
• Profits from donations and/or fundraisers of $25 or more may be transferred, at the users request, no more than once a week.
Various forms of payment are accepted including debit/credit cards, gift cards, Paypal. Cash Payments are not accepted. Partial payments, which are not paid in full by the end date of the fundraiser, will incur a 12% processing fee.
Returned checks will incur a $25 charge to cover banking fees and admistrative cost. We reserve the right to terminate the arrangement and/or terminate service if two or more checks are returned, two or more chargebacks occur, or if fraudalent activity is suspected.
Users who post fundraisers are required to notify all followers and buyers 24 hours in advance, of cancellation of the fundraiser. A full refund must be issued within 1 week of cancellation. Users who post fundraisers are responsible for all fees incurred for all transactions of cancelled fundraisers. Refunds must include the fees which buyers paid. You are encouraged to reschedule an event, rather than cancel to avoid incurring fees.
Both the users and Go Follow Us LLC have the right to terminate any Services Agreement for any reason. No refunds shall be offered where a service is deemed to have begun, and is, for all intents and purposes, underway.
Unless otherwise stated, the services featured on this website are available only within the United States. Go Follow Us LLC does not warrant that the service from this site will be uninterrupted, timely, or error free, although it is provided to the best abililty. By using this service you thereby indemnify Go Follow Us LLC, its employees, agents, and affiliates against any loss or damage, in whatever manner, howsoever caused.
The information on this web site is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Go Follow Us LLC:
• excludes all representations and warranties relating to this website and it's contents or which is or may be provided by any users, affiliates, or an other third party, including in relation to any inaccuracies or omissions in this website; and
• excludes all liability for damages arising out of or in connection with your use on this website. This includes, without limitation, direct loss, loss of business or profits(whether or not the loss of such profits was foreseeable, arose in the normal course of things or you have advised Go Follow Us LLC of the possiblility of such potential loss), damage caused to your computer, computer software, systems and programs and the data thereon or any other direct or indirect, consequential and incidental damages.
The above exclusions and limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law. None of your statutory rights as a consumer are affected.
Go Follow Us LLC reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment of these terms. If there are any changes to our privacy policy, we will announce that these changes have been made on our home page.
